VERY clean. Extremely polite staff. Rooms are comfortable. Bistro has high quality food: Chia pudding... Go Figure!
The front desk service was great as that it was is expected at Marriott. However, a couple of areas that did not meet these standards included the musty smell in the room and EXTREMELY SLOW service at the breakfast area. The food was very good but the wait for the breakfast burrito was 30 minutes. Please take this as constructive feedback as I remain a big fan of Marriott.
Although the hotel was of acceptable cost and a pretty good location for the business event I was attending. the rooms were only pretty good the bed seem to be told although very clean. The rooms for a bit dark and lacked electrical outlets I could tell they were bit old that had been given a recent facelift. The staff was very friendly. They were also helpful and attentive. It would have been nice if they had had free breakfast, but the breakfast bar was fairly affordable and had good food overall I would give it a four out of five.
Overall pleasant hotel. Rooms are a bit smaller than most Courtyards, but very comfortable. 3 adults in a king room with couch and rolling bed was pretty cramped but we made so. The elevator closest to our room was out of service the 5 nights we were there, which made transporting our luggage a little bit difficult, but we managed. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful.
Excellent location. Reasonable price for overnight stay. Staff very friendly. Only downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast. However, there was several dining options within walking distance. Across the street is a full service gas station Market where you can get coffee and an excellent right. Rooms comfortable, a little dated but adequate. Excellent indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as functional workout area. Highly recommend.
