I make a mistake in my judgement of this store. The manager is a very nice and responsible person. I should apologize to them.
I've been using this store for personal, business, and of course eBay shipments for almost 2 years now and the owners and top employees are really going the extra mile. Keep up the good work!

The very worst. On Wednesday June 15th, I went to this location to ship out a package. I politely asked them to put a 6 inch piece of tape on the box and the Young representative said he would have to charge me a dollar fifty for a 6 inch piece of tape. So I took my box and left and took my money and business elsewhere. the next UPS location I went to was happy enough to put the tape on for free
Would give 0 if that was an option. Called to schedule a pickup at my business. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me, and said i could schedule a pick up through the store even though I had done it before. Wouldn't have minded if she was even remotely polite but she was completely rude and nasty. Will make sure that I never do business with fed ex again if this is their way of "customer service".
